Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years experience in a pure production sales role in an independent insurance agency
• Strong track record for sales results
• Excellent communications skills
• 4 year college degree is preferred but not required
• Professional insurance designations considered a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
